How we work

• Documents over opinions. A finding exists only when the governing document supports it - the invoice's own stated fields, checked against 46 CFR Part 541. Anything short of that is labeled an indication, not a finding.
• Exact arithmetic, shown in full. Every figure we put to a carrier is computed and cited, so it can be verified line by line rather than argued about.
• Human judgment where it matters. Software does the exhaustive checking; experienced reviewers decide what is worth pursuing and how to present it.
